Harambee Stars forward Michael Olunga has been included in Al Duhail’s Asian Champions League squad.
In a list released by French coach Sabri Lamouchi the Kenyan centre forward is among the 21 players for the Group "C" assignments in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia slated for April 15-30.
Asian Football Confederation (AFC) insists on clubs participating in the ACL to have four foreigners. One of the foreign players though must be from one of the members of AFC.
Olunga, who joined Al Duhail in January has scored 10 goals in 15 matches in all competitions since signing from Japan’s Kashiwa Reysol.
Al Duhail are already in Jeddah for the tournament and kick start their campaign against Iraqi police team, Al Shorta on Thursday.
The other teams in the group are Al Ahli Saudi (Saudi Arabia) and Esteghlal (Iran).
