Nairobi Hosting Africa's Rugby Championship, How to Purchase Tickets

The Kenya Rugby Union (KRU) has announced the commencement of the Rugby Africa U20 Barthes Trophy. 

The tournament, which serves as Africa’s U20 championship, features eight teams and will be played on a knockout basis for three days.  

In a statement, KRU noted that the sale of the tickets would start on Tuesday, April 5.

The rugby tournament will take place from April 9th, 13th and 17th, with Kenya expected to pursue their title defence with the first match against neighbours Uganda.

How to Apply

Tickets for the tournament are in different categories, with regular tickets going for Ksh300 while VIP tickets are retailing at Ksh1000 per match day. 

The three- day match event will take place in Nairobi, at the Nyayo Stadium. Participating teams include Namibia, Côte d’Ivoire, Tunisia, Zimbabwe, Madagascar, Zambia, Kenya and Uganda.

After choosing a ticket one is required either to pay through mobile money or credit card with the tickets sale running to the last match day.
