Defending champions KCB and Kabras Sugar are through to the Kenya Cup semi-final.

There are two more semi-final slots to be filled, but a host of teams all in with an outside chance of qualifying.

They include third placed Menengai Oilers who are on 17 points from 7 outings this season.

Strathmore Leos currently sit fourth on 16 points from 6 outings. They will take on Resolution Impala Saracens in another midweek fixture at the Impala Club. Victory for the Leos will take them to 20 points, 21 if they secure the bonus point.

Masinde Muliro and Kenya Harlequin registered important wins on the weekend, MMUST’s big 38-10 result over Blak Blad lifting them to fifth on 15 points from 8 outings, level on points with Quins who edged Mwamba 20-18 in a nail biter at the RFUEA.

The contest will boil down to the wire with the likes of Nondescripts, Top Fry Nakuru Mwamba who have games in hand also in the picture.
