Over the years, boxing has been classified as a very affordable sport, with the participant only being required to have a good pair of gloves and shorts only.

In boxing, the trunks are designed with an elastic band making it loose on the body to help the fighters have better footwork abilities.
Before the match, Paul flaunted that he would be wearing the high costing boxing trunks for his match against Alex Wilder.
However, as the match approached, Wilder withdrew citing an injury with Tyron Woodly getting slotted for the match.
The YouTuber turned boxer wore shorts that had two Rolex watches taped to his waistband.
The shorts also had LCD screens at the bottom with additional features containing red, white and blue stars and stripes.
In that match, Paul brutally knocked out Woodley with a vicious right hand. Woodley was left out for the count, face down on the floor, as he lost to the American celebrity for a second time.
Paul had in a past match wore boxing trunks with Led lights broadcasting his name, for the first time in boxing history.
The shorts were orange in colour with the boxer's name rotating around his waistline on the LED’s.
At that time many questioned whether it was legal for him to fight in such trunks, however, he was allowed to fight in them.
