Tottenham Hotspurs have reached an agreement with Inter Milan forward Ivan Perisic that will see the Croatian join the English Premier League (EPL) club on a two-year deal.
The announcement was made by transfer guru, Fabrizio Romano on Saturday, May 28, who disclosed that Perisic would travel to London in the coming week for his medical and contract signing.
Upon signing for Spurs, the Croatian will reunite with Antonio Conte who was his coach at the Italian club.

Pundits state that Conte played a big part in convincing the talented winger to join them even as the English club rebuilds under the Italian manager.
Perisic was the main target for Tottenham amid interest from their London rivals Chelsea who were in a transition period of ownership.
The Croatian will join Tottenham on a free transfer after he failed to renew his contract with Milan.
The breakthrough in the deal barely comes hours after Conte agreed to stay at Spurs next season as the London club hopes to win its first major trophy in 40 years under the Italian coach.
Conte's future was in doubt with summer investments taking centre stage in discussions between the Italian and club chairman Daniel Levy.
On the other side, Chelsea's former owner Roman Abramovich released his final statement as the club owner assuring the fans that the club was in good hands with Billionaire Todd Boehly.
"It has been an honour of a lifetime to be a part of this club - I would like to thank all the club's past and current players, staff, and of course fans for these incredible years.
"I am proud that as a result of our joint successes, millions of people will now benefit from the new charitable foundation which is being established. This is the legacy that we have created together. Thank you," read the statement in part.
