Double Olympic marathon champion, Eliud Kipchoge, has disclosed three vital rules that make him overcome the temptations to stay disciplined in life daily.

According to Eliud, for an individual to maintain self-discipline, they need to get Vitamin N, set their priorities right and avoid complaining every now and then.

Kipchoge claimed that Vitamin N has the ability to enable an individual to gauge things and learn to say “No”.

“Rule number 1 is to get Vitamin N. You need to inject yourself with Vitamin N. N is to learn to say no, that’s a vitamin. That’s how to get self-discipline.

“Secondly, setting your priorities right. Thirdly is avoiding complaining,” he stated.

The 37-year-old added that those people who can adhere to the above rules are free in life.

“Those are the three factors which can lead you to self-discipline. That is why I always tell people. The undisciplined ones are not free, they are in prison.

“The disciplined ones are free in life,” ended the two-time world record holder.

Eliud is adored by many people from around the globe due to his discipline on and off the track.

His behaviour has contributed to the brilliant performances he has registered in recent years, including smashing world records and winning numerous road race titles.

The athlete, coached by Patrick Sang, won all the races he took part in during the 2022 season.

He bagged the Tokyo Marathon title in March 2022 before reclaiming his BMW Berlin Marathon title on September 25.
