Kenneth Muguna

Former Gor Mahia Skipper and midfield maestro has signed a 2-Year Deal with Tanzanian side, Azam FC. This is apparently the 4th signing for the Tanzanian giants who finished this current season in 3rd place. Azam FC managed to sign two stars from Zambia; Charles Zulu, Rodgers Kola and left-footed defender, Edward Manyama.

Muguna, had earlier bid farewell to his former club and fans through an emotional note written on his official Facebook account. "When I arrived at this great club I was just a young man with dreams of representing the biggest Club in the country, I didn't expect things to go as well as they did but you made it a lot easier for me and not to forget the high level of players with so much quality who were always there to support and make me feel comfortable. Looking at what I have achieved at the club is so satisfying,I was lucky enough to play under great coaches and great management as well." He wrote.

Muguna has been influential for the champions(K'Ogalo) in the league and played a key role in helping them qualify for the Caf Confederation Cup after defeating rivals AFC Leopards in the FKF Shield Cup.

The 25 year old now joins his fellow Kenyan internationals plying their trade in the Tanzanian top flight. Farouk Shikhalo is at Yanga SC while Joash Onyango is at Simba SC.
