For many professional footballers, being under a trusted management agency helps them focus on playing football and therefore grow their career.
Musician Jay Z has his own sporting agency called Roc Nation Sports where he manages many sports personalities.
TeamKenya.co.ke lists down for you the top Premier League stars who are under the American Sports management agency.
Romelu Lukaku (Manchester United)
Lukaku joined Roc Nation Sports in April 2018, becoming the first Premier League player to team up with them.
He was under the famous Mino Raiola agent before signing with RNS and has seen a growth in his career since teaming up with Jay Z.
It was a major move by Roc Nation and Lukaku joined German footballer Jerome Boateng who preceded him at the time.
After Lukaku met Jay-Z in New York, the Belgian described the moment as a dream come true.
Since joining Roc Nation, the forward made a vital switch from Manchester United to Inter, where he enjoyed a very successful first season before returning back to chelsea.
Eric Bailly (Manchester United)
Eric Bailly became the third footballer to join Roc Nation when he signed in January 2019.
The Manchester United defender followed his then teammate Lukaku in what was seen as an influence from the Belgian.
The two were teammates at United together and Lukaku was keen to highlight to his teammate what RNS had done for his career, and was sure the agency would do the same for Bailly.
Bailly has his own charity, known as the Eric Bailly Foundation, where he supports people from his home nation of Ivory Coast.

The Manchester City midfielder joined Roc Nation Sports back in March 2019 after switching from J&S International Football Management.
In December 2019 De Bruyne together with Eric Baily as part of RNS' Kicks for Kids scheme, handed out trainers to underprivileged kids in Manchester.
Marcus Rashford (Manchester United)
Marcus Rashford signed for Roc Nation in April 2020, following Rashford's successful campaign that saw the UK government extend its free school meals programme.
The Manchester United forward has dedicated his life to helping those who are less fortunate in the world, challenging the Government on countless occasions to do better for society.
His partnership with RocNation covers his off field duties with D N May Sports Management still continuing to represent the United striker's on-field interests.
Reece James (Chelsea FC)
Chelsea's right back Reece James became the first English player to sign for Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Sports International in November 2019.
James joined the American agency together with his sister Lauren, currently at Chelsea Women, and father Nigel, a well-renowned coach.
The 22 year old has emerged as one of the most exciting young talents at Chelsea, coming in place of long time serving skipper Azpilicueta.
