In his social media post, Kerr further noted that he is a victim of a vice that has been taking part in the area.
"I am a small percent of what's happening; it’s an utter disgrace not just for me but for millions who have had this done to them. It's a massive wake-up call for me to never again trust anyone,” his post further read.
Kerr moved to South Africa in 2018 to join Black Leopards after winning two league titles with 19-time record champions Gor Mahia.
He also noted that in all the countries he has worked in, he never experienced such acts.
“Never happened In Kenya or Tanzania or Vietnam or anywhere else. I love my adopted country South Africa and tonight I was robbed of my life,” Kerr’s Tweet read.
