The Brazil national football team have threatened to boycott the 2021 Copa America that is supposed to be held in their own country.
The tournament had been due to be played in Colombia and Argentina, but has since been switched to use Brazil as host nation.
Brazil's own situation around the coronavirus is far from under control with Covid-19 cases still rising in the South American country.
Uruguay have also indicated their unwillingness to take part in the tournament after Luis Suarez, Edinson Cavani and Fernando Muslera publicly stating that the Brazil aquadhave the backing of the Uruguayan squad.
With almost half a million deaths in Brazil resulting from the coronavirus, the Selecao squad have a big decision to make.
