
Seven fixtures are on the cards as the FKF Premier League enters match day two this weekend.
The action begins on Friday afternoon with three matches. Bidco United who surprised many last time out will be out to stop Bandari in the early kick in Thika. Bandari began their campaign with a 3-0 match day one win against Mathare United while Bidco were held scoreless by newly promoted Vihiga Bullets.
Nzoia Sugar host Sofapaka at the Sudi Stadium in Bungoma. Ibrahim Shikanda’s Nzoia are looking for their first win of the season following their 1-0 loss to Ulinzi while Sofapaka will be out to make it two from two after a 3-1 drubbing of Nairobi City Stars.
Posta Rangers take on Vihiga Bullets in the day’s second fixture at the Thika Stadium. Rangers began the new season with a 1-0 loss to Kariobangi Sharks.
Saturday’s action sees KCB taking on AFC Leopards. KCB,runners-up from last season, lost the opener to Gor Mahia while AFC Leopards surprisingly beat champions Tusker FC 1-0.
Mathare United and Ulinzi Stars clash in the day’s other fixture while newly promoted Police who started life in the top tier with a 1-0 loss to Kakamega Homeboyz face Nairobi City Stars.
There is just one fixture on Sunday, Wazito taking on Kakamega Homeboyz. Wazito started the new season with a 1-1 draw against newly promoted Talanta.
Fixtures involving Tusker and Gor Mahia have been postponed by virtue of their involvement in CAF club continental action this weekend.
