On December 11, the FKF Premier League was full of entertainment, with three good matches where only in one fixture resulted in a win.

City Stars Bounce Back Against Poor Mathare  

Nairobi City Stars bounced back from two match winless runs after a 2-0 win over Mathare United on December 11 at Ruaraka Grounds. 

City Stars won through the help of their experienced midfielder Peter Opiyo who put in two goals elevated them to second position in the league after nine matches played. 

Mathare are continuing their poor form after a sixth defeat in nine games 

 

Police Draw With Struggling Wazito  

Wazito FC squandered their early lead as they drew with Kenya Police FC in a one-all draw in an FKF Premier League game played on December 11 at the Kasarani Annex Stadium. 

Police goal came from Duke Abuya five minutes before the half time break as Wazito got the leveler through a Duncan Otieno own goal. 
 

Homeboyz Continue their unbeaten run 

Kakamega Homeboyz continue their unbeaten run after a barren draw with Bidco United on December 11 at Thika Stadium 

This is the second game in a row that Homeboyz have failed to pick all three points after a previous 2-2 draw with Mathare United 

With the draw Homeboyz are now at the top of the Kenya Premier league with 18 points after eight matches played.
