Chelsea have now failed to win any of their last four Premier League games in which they scored first.
The Blues on January 17, ended their match against Brighton with a 1-1 draw to continue a poor stretch of form that has seen them fall out of title contention.
Thomas Tuchel admitted there is no joy at Chelsea after the club failed to win a league match for the sixth time in seven tries on Tuesday in a 1-1 draw with Brighton.
Chelsea, once in contention for the title, are now 12 points behind Manchester City with one more match played.
" In the reaction of the goal , you can see that we are tired, we are relieved but there is no joy.
"We look tired, and we are. You can see we are mentally tired. We need some days off, there's no other solution," Tuchel stated after the match.
As of late Chelsea has been struggling from their on-field play to their off-field mood, with a feud between Tuchel and striker Romelu Lukaku.
During the match also romelu Lukaku and Hakim Ziyech were seen arguing during the game and also at half time.
It was a bad look, and eventually Brighton scored in the second half to take advantage of Chelsea’s evident low morale.
The Chelsea boss noted that it was normal that they talk and also their unhappiness was normal as the team was struggling.
