AS Roma head coach, Jose Mourinho had a fiery exchange with a journalist who had criticized his coaching style at the Italian club.
Alessandro Austini, a sports journalist, castigated Mourinho's tactics on an Italian radio station and proceeded to question the same in the press conference.

“I expected a much more violent question from you, I heard you on the radio yesterday, you were much more aggressive, much more critical, much more violent. I was not expecting such an easy question,” Mourinho stated.
The veteran tactician is no stranger to bashing journalists who have questioned his techniques over the years.
In November last year. Marco Juric questioned the Roma manager on whether he would change tactics after Roma endured a poor spell.
“It's been six months since you signed for Roma, would you change anything that you've done in terms of choices, statements, requests, or anything that you've done?'.Juric questioned.
Mourinho did not answer his question directly but proceeded to attack the reporter’s character.
“You are here in practically every press conference, but either you are very intelligent and you want people to think you are not or you are not intelligent at all. I want to think you're intelligent but you like to do what you do.”Mourinho responded.
The reporters have been on Mourinho’s case during his first season as the Roma manager.
His team was knocked out of Coppa Italia by rivals Inter Milan and he also suffered a 6-1 defeat by Bodo, a Norwegian football club.
Roma is currently ranked seventh in the Serie A with 8 games left to play.
