
The Grand Nairobi Bike Race is set to return on Sunday, November 20, 2022 after a two-year hiatus caused by the pandemic.
According to the organizers, the competition will be open to individuals from all walks of life.
“The Grand Nairobi Bike Race 2022 brings together cyclists of all cadres, ranging; from professional, recreational and children across the following categories; main race, black mamba, family fun ride and corporate teams,” read a statement from Grand Nairobi Bike Race.

Registration for family and main race categories are Ksh 500 and Ksh 1,000 per individual respectively.
People who wish to take part in Black Mamba, kids and physically challenged categories will have to part ways with Ksh 250 each.
The online registration process will be open for a period of three weeks, starting on Monday, October 24.
Ksh 1.2 million will be up for grabs with competitors who will finish in the top 10 category receiving rewards.
The kiddies track which will be located within the Kenya International Conference Centre (KICC), shall be opened to children under the age of 5.
More than 1,000 bikers from Kenya and different parts of the East African region are expected to grace the event.
