Dickson Loyerer, the National Youth Service (NYS) officer, who cleaned Sports Cabinet Secretary Ababu Namwamba’s shoes a few weeks ago, got a chance to watch Kylian Mbappe and Lionel Messi live in Qatar.
Loyerer was among the thousands of football fans who graced the 2022 FIFA World Cup final staged at the quintessential Lusail Stadium on Sunday, December 18.
A day after the final, Ababu posted a picture of Loyerer with the caption no human is limited.

“My boy Dickson Loyerer live in Doha enjoying a feel of the World Cup magic. No human is limited,” he stated.
Argentina trounced 2018 champions France on post-match penalties to bag their third World Cup trophy.
Although France lost, their star man, Mbappe, produced one of the greatest performances in the tournament's history. He scored a total of four goals in that memorable match.
Loyerer became an internet session in November 2022 after he offered to clean Namwamba’s muddy shoes during a tree planting exercise at the NYS headquarters situated along the Thika Super Highway.
The CS later invited the young man to his office and gave him a life-changing opportunity.
“Dickson Loyerer graciously volunteered to clean my muddy shoes yesterday after a tree planting session at NYS headquarters where he works.
“Today, we shared a cup of tea in my office, where he gave me NYS tips on grooming, discipline, and skills.
“I have requested Loyerer to join my staff,” read part of the statement that Ababu posted on Wednesday, November 8.
In the social media post, Ababu attached photos of Loyerer taking a cup of tea with him.
