Kariobangi Sharks head coach William Muluhya ended an interview prematurely after his side's narrow defeat in the hands of Kenya Police at Kasarani Annex on Sunday evening, January 8, 2023.

Kenya Police, who are under the tutelage of ex-Harambee Stars ace Francis Baraza, won the Kenya Premier League (KPL) match 2-1.

Patilah Omoto opened the scoring for the slum boys while Elvis Rupia and Brian Nabwire found the back of the net for the law enforcement officers.

Speaking after the loss, an irked Muluhya lashed out at journalists for asking him whether he is under pressure at the club.

“Next time when you come here, ask me about the tactics and the techniques. Every other thing, meet me outside there and ask me about that.

“Who doesn’t know that this is a new team? So next time don’t ask me those kinds of questions. If you can ask me that question, you can imagine the person who is last on the log.

“The same question can still go to Matano. He has won all the games. You can ask him whether he is under pressure.

“I think hii interview imetosha (I think this interview should end) please,” he ended.

Kariobangi Sharks currently sit 13th on the KPL log with seven points from six matches.

They have only won a single match, drawn four, and lost one.

In other fixtures, Tusker FC lost their first match of the season when they were stunned 2-1 by Bandari United while AFC Leopards were walloped 4-1 by minnows Bidco United.
