
Football Kenya Federation Premier League side Tusker FC was ranked as the best football club in the country.
According to Opta Power Rankings, a global team ranking system, the 13-time Kenya Premier League champions were ranked 148 in Africa with a rating of 66.6.
Coming second was 19-time Kenyan champion Gor Mahia, ranked 213 in the continent with a rating of 64.8.

K’Ogalo is currently positioned second in the league standings, two points away from Nzoia Sugar.
Kakamega Homeboyz was ranked third and 235 on the continent with a rating of 64.2, with KCB coming at fourth and 295th on the continent with a rating of 63.0.
Homeboyz is positioned sixth, while KCB is fourth in the FKF Premier League table.
Closing the top five list is 12-time champions AFC Leopards at 322 in the continent with a rating of 62.4. Ingwe is seventh in the league.
At sixth is Ulinzi Stars with 61.8, and Mombasa based sided Bandari followed at seventh with 61.70.
In the league, Ulinzi is at with and Bnadar at 12th.
2022/23 FKF Premier League leader Nzoia Sugar is ninth (61.3), with Sofapaka rounding off the top 10 with 61.2 and positioned 10th.
