Kenya Rugby Union (KRU) released a new return to play fixtures that will see three matches played since President Uhuru Kenyatta's announcement on March 26 suspending sporting activities in the country.

KCB will highlight the return of the Kenya Cup when they host Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) RFC on June 12 at the Lions Den in Ruaraka.

In the new fixtures, MMUST will face the defending champions in Nairobi with the students confident enough ahead of the league resumption after two months of intense preparation.

Last year’s Kenya Cup runners up Kabras Sugar RFC will welcome Kenyatta University’s Blak Blad at the Kakamega Showground with an eye set on extending their lead in the standings. Kabras leads the Kenya Cup standings with 15 points.

Menengai Oilers will host the Madaraka based side Strathmore Leos in Nakuru in the final match of the day with Nondies, Nakuru, Kenya Harlequin and Impala given a rest.

Meanwhile, KRU has opened a temporary loan transfer window ahead of the Kenya Cup return. The transfer window opened on May 26 and runs until June 4.
