In 2016, Cameroon legend Samuel Eto'o amazed fans after he requested Nigerian coach to substitute Jay Jay Okocha.
Okocha, who was 42 years old at the time and had retired from active football during a match dubbed Joseph Yobo Testimonial, was the man of the match displaying skills like a player who had not taken a break from the game.
The Nigerian striker was full of fancy flicks and tricks as he humiliated the opposing players, a talent he carried since childhood.

The Cameroon legend, during the match, was seen trying to escort Okocha to the touchline with fans opposing the request to have Okocha substituted.
Okocha had the privilege to play for English top flight side Bolton Wanderers for four years after leaving PSG in 2022.
The Bolton player was an incredible footballer, displaying skills that entertained the spectators.
The only accolade that many felt Okocha would have won is the African Player of the Year, which he himself regrets not winning.
Okocha started his football career at Nigeria-based club Enugu Rangers before signing up for German side Borussia Neunkirchen, where he played from 1990-1992.
He would later sign for Eintracht Frankfurt from 1992 where he played until 1996. Afterward, he joined Turkish top-tier side, Fenerbahce, between 1996 and 1998.
After his time at Fenerbahce, Okocha joined French side Paris Saint-Germain for four years until 2002. In 1994 he helped his country, Nigeria, win the Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon).
