Outgoing Sports Cabinet Secretary, Amina Mohamed, revealed details of the FKF Transition Committee's Preliminary report.
The statement, released on October 18, highlighted six specific cases of violation that took place in Kenyan football.
It was noted that in the 2021/2022 season, several teams that had been relegated were still included in the league.

The body also established that competition fixtures were designed in a manner that gave undue advantage to certain teams.
“I am glad that the FKF Caretaker Committee revised the fixtures to eliminate this vice in the 2021/2022 fixtures,” Amina noted.
The report also revealed that clubs that were nowhere in the respective league tiers found themselves in the competition without regard to the Principle of Promotion and Relegation.
One club that had been sanctioned by FIFA for engaging in match-fixing and match manipulation was included in one of the league tiers despite the world governing body demoting it.
The information was reportedly hidden from other clubs in the league.
Teams were also said to have requested to be assigned specific match officials for their fixtures.
The Committee also discovered that some match officials were excluded, without justifiable cause, from officiating in respective league tiers.
Some clubs further requested to be granted the right to manage their own leagues.
Amina dissolved the FKF National Executive Committee on November 5, 2021, after the Registrar of Sports unearthed shady dealings.
