Gor Mahia Official Involved in Horrific Road Accident

Gor Mahia treasurer Dolfine Odhiambo was involved in a road accident on Wednesday Night, October 19, 2022.

According to the images seen by TeamKenya.co.ke  which have been shared widely online, the car that Dolfine was traveling in was badly damaged.

The accident occurred at Kaplong, a locality in Bomet County while she was heading to Nairobi from her rural home in Oyugis.

Sally Bolo, former K’Ogalo treasurer, revealed that Odhiambo is out of danger despite picking up serious injuries.

“Dolfine Odhiambo was involved in an accident last night at Kaplong and has been transferred to Nairobi Hospital.

“We visited her with Judith Nyangi, and she is stable and has been admitted. Let us remember her in our prayers and wish her a speedy recovery,” she stated.

Popular Gor Mahia fan Jaro Soja was also among Kenyan football fans who wished Dolfine quick recovery.

The cause of the accident is not clear and Gor Mahia is yet to issue a statement.

Dolfine was elected the treasurer during the controversial elections held on August 8, 2020.

She garnered 226 votes (58%) of the total votes casted to defeat her competitor Bolo, who registered 163 votes (42%).
