
Chelsea boss Graham Potter on Sunday, January 8, 2023, hit out at reporters after his passion for the beautiful game was questioned.
Potter, who is under massive pressure due to a number of poor performances registered since he took over at Chelsea, was accused of being calm during matches and press conferences.
Speaking during a media briefing ahead of Chelsea’s FA Cup clash with Premier League defending champions Manchester City, Potter told English reporters that he got no option but to answer some of their questions.

“My responsibility to come to you is to speak in as respective way as I can even though some of your questions are stupid.
“I have got to answer them as best as I can and respectfully as I can because I represent a fantastic football club and I have got that job to do,” stated Potter.
Chelsea’s FA Cup clash with Manchester City is slated for Sunday, at 1930hrs East African Time.
In their recent Premier League clash, the latter narrowly beat the West London-based side 1-0 in a match played at Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea has won eight FA Cup titles and would be seeking to add another one to their cabinet this season.
On the other hand, a high-flying Manchester City side has won six FA Cup titles.
The FA is England’s oldest football tournament - it was first played on Thursday, November 11, 1871.
