Nyayo National Stadium and Moi Internet Sports Centre Kasarani have been banned from staging International competitions including the 2022 World Cup Qualifiers and Caf club competitions.
The Caf inspection committee found out that the two facilities did not meet the required standards of hosting Caf and Fifa sanctioned matches.
However, a temporary reprieve has been issued and Kenya will host Rwanda in her last home fixture in the World Cup Qualifier at Nyayo Stadium next month.
The latest development means that Gor Mahia and Tusker FC who are the country's representatives in the Caf Confederations Cup will have to seek for alternative venues for their last round of preliminary matches to be played in November.
Tusker who were eliminated from the Caf Champions League by Zamalek are scheduled to host Cs Sfaxien of Tunisia in the first leg with Gor Mahia travelling to Congo to face Otoho D'Oyo.
