World Sevens rugby record try scorer Collins Injera has been included in a 21 man Shujaa squad that entered residential training at Kasarani ahead of a Rugby Africa solidarity camp set to be held between May 6 and 15 in Stellenbosch, South Africa.
The South Africa trip is part of the team’s preparations for July’s Tokyo Olympics and will see the team play a series of round robin fixtures against hosts South Africa, Zimbabwe and Uganda.
Injera has been out of the team for quite sometime and was not part of the first two training camps in Madrid and Dubai.
Shujaa will however miss the services of Sammy Oliech who is out for the rest of the season with a knee injury.
