Manchester United boss Ralf Rangnick has called on the players who feel unhappy to deal with the situation before causing dressing room disruption.

The German claims that a problem with English football is experienced by other teams as well as the Red Devils, and is something he has to tackle regularly.

For the sake of unity, Rangnick has called on United's unhappy stars to deal with the situation professionally.

"When you have a big squad and only 10 can play and three be substituted, you have several players who don’t play and are not in the squad.

"Those players are not happy, it is clear. It is about the players to deal with the situation in a professional way.

"This is not only an issue with a club like Manchester United,” Rangnick highlighted.

Ralf was also keen to highlight the need for his players to have unity among themselves during matches.

“We need to insist that we need to work together. We can only get better in possession of the ball, together. We have to do things together. With passion, emotion and intensity. This was the problem against Wolves. We were only escorting them.

"It was only David de Gea who did. He kept us in the game. Second-half was better with a back-three,” Ralf noted.

The United manager was late for his FA Cup press conferences after a delay caused by him getting caught in the Manchester rains that forced him to change before the presser

United are back in action on Monday, January 10, when they host Steven Gerrard's side at Old Trafford, just five days before they travel to face them at Villa Park in the Premier League.
