Paris Saint-Germain Football Club ace Lionel Messi is no stranger to success if his near three-decade career is anything to go by.
From seven Ballon D'Ors to multiple awards to his name, Messi is viewed as the proverbial G.O.A.T (Greatest Of All Time) in many people's eyes.
His strides and tedious grind have earned him many titles in the football arena, however, the talented superstar wears many hats outside the sports world - one of them being philanthropy.
Serving as a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF), Messi has donated billions to various projects.
Unknown to many, Messi's generous hand has also stretched to Kenya where he donated a whopping €200,000 ( an average of Ksh25 million).

According to a United Nations report, about 16 million Kenyans lack proper sanitation facilities, with kids bearing the brunt of it.
Lionel Messi, through his foundation, donated the funds in order to sink boreholes and buy water pumps as well as provide nutritional supplements to over 4,000 people. The PSG ace partnered with UNICEF in order to implement the project.
"The Leo Messi Foundation maintains its commitment to young people, donating Ksh25 million to offer its assistance, in a project run alongside UNICEF with the construction of a drinking water pump and the distribution of nutritional supplements amongst children in Kenya," read part of the statement released by the Foundation at the time.
Throughout his prestigious career, Messi has been involved in a number of charitable causes.
