
Vihiga Queens striker, Tereza Engesha Obunyu, is set to join South Korean side, Incheon Hyundai Steel Red Angels Women's Football.
The news on the transfer of the striker was announced by Vihiga Queens Club Executive Committee on March 19.
“The club's Executive Committee is pleased announce that Vihiga Queens have come to an agreement with South Korean side Incheon Hyundai Steel Red Angels Women's Football for the transfer of Vihiga Queens' super striker Tereza Engesha Obunyu alias 'Terry',” part of the statement read.

The 24-year-old striker is expected to travel to South Korea to join her new teammates at Incheon Hyundai Steel Red Angels Women's Football Club after completing the processing of her travel documents.
The prolific left-footed striker in the 2021 season registered eight goals out of the 13 scored by Queens.
The Korean-based club, founded in 1993, plays in the highest women's football league run by the Korea Football Association and the Korea Women's Football Federation, WK League in South Korea.
Her new club has found success in the recent season with their last League title coming in 2021, and having won the league nine times in a row from 2013 to 2021.
Vihiga Queens has produced some of the top players who are now playing outside the country.
Terry joins the likes of Cynthia Shilwatso (Spain), Lilian Onyango (France), Jentrix (Turkey) and Nafula (Turkey).
“We take this opportunity to wish Terry the very best...Our most sincere appreciation for the services she rendered to us during the times we've been together,” part of the statement read.
