Pitso to Face Former Employers as CAF Champions League Quarters Draw Conducted

The draw for the 2020-21 Total CAF Champions League was conducted on Friday (30 April 2021) at CAF Headquarters in Cairo, Egypt.

Al Ahly versus Mamelodi Sundowns will be the highlight fixture with coach Pitso Mosimane will facing his former employer Mamelodi.

The first leg will take place in Egypt, after The Red Devils were drawn first out the lot, and the “Brazilians” were immediately paired against them.

Simba Sports Club of Tanzania will face Kazier Chiefs in another interesting fixture. Both teams are in the competition's last eight for the first time in their history. 

The other quarter finals will pit Tunisia side ES Tunis against Algerians CR Belouizdad while MC Alger face off with Wydad Casablanca.
