
France and PSG forward Kylian Mbappé is currently the highest-paid footballer in the world after renewing his contract with PSG where he earns Ksh 142 million (£1 million) per week.
Mbappe rose above the ranks after turning down a near similar contract from Spanish giants, Real Madrid. He thus surpassed his teammates Lionel Messi and Neymar Jr and Manchester United wantaway star, Christiano Ronaldo.
Messi earns Ksh88.8 million (£624,000) per week while Ronaldo and Neymar both earn Ksh72 million (£510,000).

The Tottenham Hotspurs forward is currently under a six-year contract where he earns an estimated Ksh19.9 million (£140,000) per week.
North America: Christian Pulisic
Pulisic, who is both USA's and Chelsea's number 10, is currently earning a weekly wage of Ksh 21.3 million (£150,000) per week since 2019.
South America: Lionel Messi
The PSG forward signed for the French side in 2021 where he penned down a deal to be earning an estimate of Ksh88.8 million (£624,000) per week.

The 23-year-old forward extended his stay at PSG where he will be earning a weekly estimated salary of Ksh 142 million (£1 million).
Oceania: Chris Wood
