
National Olympic Committee of Kenya (NOC-K) has given the National 3x3 Women’s Basketball team Ksh1.1 million ahead of their trip to Estonia.
The National 3x3 Women’s Basketball team departs on September 13, 2022, to Constanta, Romania, for the FIBA 3x3 Nations League 2022.
The team heading to Romania 3x3 (U23) Basketball Nations League includes Alexandra Juma (Strathmore), Captain Madina Okot (KPA), Jackline Kogo (Zetech) and Yvonne Okelo (KPA).

Kenya will be in Pool D together with Japan and Lithuania, with the Women's Series Final, being held on September 17 to September 18.
The Kenyan women's team was able to qualify for the tournament after they won the Africa South Conference of the FIBA 3x3 Nations League 2022 at the Nyayo National Stadium, in July 2022.
The women's team claimed the top prize in the six-day tournament that was held in Kenya after defeating neighbours Uganda 15-12 in the final.
Kenya has reached the final in each one of the six stops in Africa (South) conferences and won three of them, including the last two.
The FIBA 3x3 Nations League which was launched in 2017 as a national team competition for men and women under the age of 23.
