Tusker FC head coach Robert Matano outlined a strategy that his team aims to use to bounce back after going two matches without a win.
The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League side has registered a loss and a draw in their last two fixtures; a 2-1 defeat to Bandari and a 0-0 draw with Nzoia.
Matano highlighted that the team has learned from the mistakes done during those two fixtures as they set to play Talanta FC on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.

“Always as a soldier when you go to the battlefield, you go to win. If you are a fisherman, you go to the ocean looking for fish. It is the same for us.
We are going into the match with a maximum target of getting three points. We have trained well and prepared very well tactically, technically, and physically for it," Matano stated.
On playing four matches in 14 days Matano noted that the team must embrace the tight fixtures.
"We have a big team and we can manage. It is a situation we have to manage and control," Matano added.
The Brewers captain Humphrey Mieno also rallied his teammates to put in their best if they want to get back to winning ways.
Mieno highlighted the team must rise from the disappointment of the last two games to register three points.
"It's been a bit tough but we must pick the lessons and try to improve. I know we have a good team and we can bounce back," Mieno stated.
Tuskers skipper added that there is never an easy match and that requires the team to always be ready for any challenge.
The Matano-led side is top of the league one point ahead of Nzoia Sugar with 19 points in eight matches played.
