Celebrated journalist and author Piers Morgan criticized Manchester United's manager's action after guiding the club to the Carabao Cup title on Sunday, February 26, 2023.

Marcus Rashford’s and Casemiro’s first-half goals were enough to hand the Red Devils the title.

After the final whistle, Ten Hag was captured by the cameras dancing alongside Brazilian international Anthony and one-time FIFA world cup winner Lisandro Martinez.

Martinez and Anthony have in the past worked under Ten Hag at Ajax.

Morgan, who did the viral interview with Cristiano Ronaldo in 2022, made his feelings clear after witnessing Ten Hag’s reaction, describing it as an embarrassment to football.

“Can’t believe I’m watching a Manchester United manager and players dancing with joy after winning the Carabao Cup. So embarrassing,” he stated.

Many football fans value the Premier League and FA Cups more than the one that Man United won.

The win which ended United’s trophy dry spell was received with joy by fans from all over the world.

Ex-Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson could be seen smiling as he congratulated the Dutch tactician for the incredible achievement.

This was Ten Hag’s first title since signing for the Old Trafford-based side in April 2022, replacing United legend Ole Gunnar Solskjær.
