The Football Kenya Federation(FKF) has reshuffled the FKF Cup fixtures to comply with the Confederation of African Football (CAF) submission deadline of June 30.

In the new schedule, the Round of 32 will take place on June 1 and 2, the Round of 16 is scheduled for June 5 and 6 while the Quarter-Finals will be staged on June 9 and 10.
The Semi-Finals will be played on June 12 and 13 while the date of the Finals will be communicated in due course.
Last season, the country did not have a representative in the CAF Confederation Cup after the FKF Cup was abandoned in
The communication now means that Kenya will once again have a representative in the Confederation Cup via the cup route after sitting out of the tournament this campaign.
This happened after the 2020 FKF Cup was halted in March owing to the Covid-19 pandemic; by the time, the tournament was in the knockout phase.
On Monday, FKF clarified on who will represent the country in next season’s CAF Champions League. The federation said that table toppers as at June 30 will carry the country’s flag in Africa’s premier club competition.  Currently Tusker top the table with 34 points, two ahead of AFC Leopards who have a game in hand.
