
Harambee Stars Captain Victor Wanyama paid a visit at Ngara Girls High School in Nairobi and made a donation of Computers and Sanitary towels to the girls through his foundation project `The Victor Wanyama Foundation'.
The 29-year-old through his foundation visited the Ngara Girls High School and not only made donations to the school ,he also offered the young girls mentorship talks that would encourage and motivate them as students and eventually vowed to offer support to the young girls.
Wanyama however believes that his donations will strongly help the girls better their educational standards and hopes that it will be of greater aid to them .
The midfielder has been of positive impact both on and off the field as he was recently named Captain of his Canadian based club Impact Montreal after showcasing his leadership skills.
Wanyama through his foundation has sailed football and sports onto the next level where he as the patron has enabled to advance life skills and understanding the positive role of sports throughout the society and all over the whole world.
The former Tottehnham Hotspurs midfielder through the foundation has been able to make significant changes in the sporting society of Kenya as the foundation provided a bus and other training gears for the Muthurwa Boxing Club.
In December 2019, the foundation established its maiden scholarship fund that was formed to assist needy students get through the education system with no challenges.
