Vihiga Queens improved their chances of proceeding on to the next round after mercilessly thumping South Sudanese club Yei Joint Stars 11-0. The goal fest featured absolute brilliance from the recently crowned FKF Women's Premier League Champs. Maureen Achieng and Violet Wanyonyi ensured the Kenyan fans who had tuned in were fully entertained after both ladies scored seven goals at the Kasarani Stadium.
The goals galore was truly a come back for the Kenyan side who had lost the opener game against Ethiopia's CBE FC 4-2.
