Johana Benched as Ghost Names Squad to Face Uganda

The Harambee Stars squad to face Uganda Cranes in the FIFA 2022 World Cup Qualifier has been named.

Harambee Stars coach Jacob ‘Ghost’ Mulee has made several changes to the squad with regular left back Eric Ouma starts ahead of Nairobi City Stars' Bolton Omwenga.

Ian Otieno will start in goal with Daniel Sakari marshalling the right side of defence. At the heart of the defence will be KAA Gent center back Joseph Okumu and Tusker FC’s Eugene Asike.

Kenneth Muguna will once again pull strings in midfield alongside Lawrence Juma and there is a debut for Red Star Belgrade’s Richard Odada in midfield.

Bandari’s Abdallah Hassan has also been given a nod and he will link up with the twin attack of Michael Olunga and Masoud Juma.
