
The Kenya Ports Authority men's volleyball team that will participate in the men's African Club Volleyball Championship mid this month as from 16th to 28thApril in Tunisia's capital Tunis is in great spirits ahead for the continental showpiece.
The team has intensified its training sessions as they look forward to leaving a mark by putting an outstanding performance in the competition.
Despite the suspension of sporting activities in the country the club remains hopeful that it will have received government support while jetting out to represent the country.
The players will be required to acquire the Covid 19 vaccination before going into the competition.
After the competition was cancelled in 2020 due to the outbreak of Covid-19, the men’s club championship will be staged from April 16-28 in Tunis, Tunisia.
With Egypt's Al Ahly having won most titles in the continental show KPA is in high spirits of dethroning them by serving a solid performance throughout the 10 day tournament.
The dockers qualified for the tournament after finishing runners up in the 2019 season, their best finish so far in the national league.
