Sofapaka on November 16 announced the appointment of their new video analyst Roshni Bhatt.
Sofapaka announced the appointment of the experienced video analyst on a two year contract through their website.
“We are delighted to announce we have acquired the services of Roshni Bhatt. Bhatt joins us as our new video analyst for a two-year period” the clubs statement read.
Through a short briefing after the announcement, Bhatt expressed confidence in improving the players performance.
“It is a new journey for me, and I am glad to have joined one of the big clubs in the country. It feels good to get another opportunity to offer my services, and I hope to impact the players’ performances,” she stated.
Bhatt has previously served the women’s national team Harambee starlets as the team's performance analyst.
She is also the founder of STATSports, where they provide an unparalleled, all-encompassing sports science and performance analysis service within the elite sporting industry.
Her job as performance analyst entails providing relevant key performance information to athletes and coaches during and after performance.
Also, she is expected to provide Information is set to improve performance through understanding and improving techniques, movement and tactics within the game.
Sofapaka went into the international break with a good result as they scooped a 1-0 win over AFC Leopard.
Sofapaka currently are placed 10th on the table with seven points, winning two, drawing one and losing three.
