The Ministry of Sports, Culture and Heritage through the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Committee has penned down a letter detailing its approval of a meeting much sought after by all Kenyan football clubs.
The letter has been addressed to FKF Premier League clubs, National Super League clubs, Division One clubs, Women Premier League Clubs and Women Division One clubs.
The Caretaker Committee is now working on modalities of the said meeting and will give a full breakdown of meeting details soon.
Cabinet Secretary for Sports, Amina Mohamed, has insisted the government's decision on the disbandment of the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) remains intact. The Sports CS dissolved Nick Mwendwa's administration after it was accused of gross financial misconduct, and instead, a caretaker committee was formed to discharge the federation's duties.
