
A footballer's life is always beamed through the screen most of the times as matches are broadcast live around the world.
Their main focus is mostly on the pitch as they concentrate on delivering victories for their respective teams. However, some players have also found a career in the film industry as actors.

Eric Cantona
After hanging his boots, Cantona concentrated his post-playing career in film, featuring alongside stars such as Michael Caine and Sylvester Stallone.
Cantona has featured in various movies both local (French) and international including Elizabeth, The Children of the Marshland, You and the Night, The Salvation under his belt and Looking for Eric.
David Beckham
The former Manchester United and Real Madrid star has featured in many movies like The Man from U.N.C.L.E and King Arthur: Legend of the Sword among others.
Beckham has also featured in one of the blockbuster movies known as Deadpool 2 acting alongside one of the A-list actors, Ryan Reynolds.
Zinedine Zidane
Zinedine Zidane made his acting debut in 2006 in French fantasy comedy Asterix at the Olympic Games and has also acted in a popular football film; GOAL.
The ex-Real Madrid midfielder also featured in one of the most popular animated sitcoms known as Family Guy.
Pele
In 1981, one of the greatest - if not the greatest footballers in world history - Pele featured in a movie together with fellow footballer Bobby Moore and popular actor Sylvester Stallone.
Pele, who is the only footballer to ever win three World Cups, famously appeared in the movie Escape to Victory.
Neymar
The Brazilian was featured in the movie known as Return of Xander Cage.
Neymar, who is currently the most expensive player, acted alongside top actors like Samuel L. Jackson and Vin Diesel.
The PSG forward was recently featured in the popular TV show Money Heist.
