The original Fifa World Cup trophy will be hosted in Kenya next month on May 26 and May 27.
Kenya was among a handful of African countries that were given the privilege to host the highly coveted trophy.
The publicization tour comes ahead of the 2022 World Cup which will be held later in November in Qatar.
"Coca Cola has partnered with Fifa to bring the original Fifa World Cup trophy for a two-day visit to Kenya. This is iconic because Kenya is one of the few African countries that have been selected to host the 2022 trophy tour.
I invite all Kenyans out there to join in celebrating the extraordinary moment when the trophy arrives on May 26 and 27, Coca Cola Vice President in the region," Debra Mallowah, stated.
The trophy, one of the most exclusive artefacts in the world, weighs slightly over six kilograms. It contains 18 carats of gold and has an estimated value of Ksh2 Billion ($20 Million).
To add to its exclusive status, only heads of state are allowed to hold it - thousands of fans will only view it from its display cabinet. In Kenya's case, only President Uhuru Kenyatta will hold it in May.
Players who were part of the World Cup-winning team, in this case, France, can hold the trophy although they do not keep possession of it.
In 2009, the trophy was taken on a similar on a tour in Kenya where only President Mwai Kibaki was allowed to hold it.
There was an awkward moment during the ceremony as Kibaki was in a coalition government with then-prime Minister Raila Odinga who also sought to hold it.
However, the security team was quick to enforce the Fifa rules and quickly turned Raila away - but not before he could give it a touch.
