
Despite the current state of football in Kenya, Football Kenya Federation (FKF) has continued with its activities as principal Sports Officer at the County Government of Kakamega, Allan Wanga on Tuesday, October 25, commissioned a 10-day CAF D coaching course.
Among the officials present included FKF Kakamega Chairman Allan Muhando Wiraka, Secretary General Antony Okumu, Youth Rep Enock Lucheveleli and FKF CEO in Kakamega CountyShelton Amwayi.
The FIFA Instructors present at the training were Fred Serenge and Hesbon Nyabinge.

They lauded the participants for sacrificing their time to attend the coaching course, encouraging them to foster in more focus and dedication.
One of the participants in the training Benbella Oyalo (Mahiri Sports Academy) thanked the FKF Kakamega Branch County Government of Kakamega and other stakeholders for making the coaching course available.
Oyalo urged the government to continue with such initiatives and offer a second chance to those who missed the current program.
The FKF Kakamega County CAF D coaching course 2022 was announced in September 2021 for all coaches who sought to participate in the exercise.
The football body was targeting a number of 40 coaches with the deadline date set at September 29, 2022.
It was also noted that the Kakamega FKF Branch would have a similar program in December during the holidays to offer another window of opportunity to those who missed the lot.
