Bielsa is also open to the idea of returning to England. The Argentinian was relieved of his duties as Leeds head coach in February 2022
It is reported that Foley is keen on appointing a new manager in a bid to save the team from a possible relegation battle.
The team currently sits 17 on the EPL table.
Bournemouth currently has an interim manager, Gary O'Neil. The Cherries sacked Scott Parker on August 30.
However, Bielsa's appointment is dependent on the takeover by Foley.
Foley owns the National Hockey League side Vegas Golden Knights and is yet to be officially confirmed as Bournemouth's new owner.
It's expected that Foley will be making a Ksh17.2 billion (£120m)takeover of the club in the coming days.
Bournemouth will face off with Everton on Saturday, November 12, in the last Premier League clash before the World Cup break.
