In a short clip that has gone viral online, a journalist asks one of the studio guests to name her preferred 2022 FIFA World Cup winner between Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
The female guest responds immediately stating that she wants Messi to lift the coveted title.
However, she goes ahead to use profanity to describe the former Manchester United player much to the surprise of the other guests in the studio.
Messi and Ronaldo have never lifted the World Cup trophy for their respective countries despite ranking among the best players to have ever played the game.
The Ronaldo-led Portuguese side has already booked a slot in the round of 16 with a game in hand, thanks to a 2-0 win over stubborn Uruguay on Monday, November 28.
Messi's Argentina on the other hand will have to beat Mexico in order to stand a chance of proceeding to the knockout stage of the competition.
