Bandari will be hoping to put an awful week behind them when they host Ulinzi Stars in a Betking Premier League match to be played at the Mbaraki Stadium on Tuesday afternoon.

The Dockers were humiliated six days ago in the Betway FKF Cup, losing 1-0 to Equity Bank in the quarter finals and Andre Cassa Mbungo is a man under pressure.

His reign at Bandari started well but recently, they have struggled to pick positive results. Their last league win came on February 28 when they beat Vihiga United 5-0, days after smashing Ulinzi Stars 2-0 in Nakuru. Ever since, Cassa Mbungo’s side have been struggling with four draws and a loss posted in their league assignments.

This will be a matchup between two of the best goalkeepers in the league with Bandari’s Justin Ndikumana third on the clean sheets with seven while Ulinzi’s James Saruni is the best with ten clean sheets.

Ulinzi Stars on the other hand have won twice in a row for the first time this season and will face a Bandari side that has looked weak of late. The soldiers  have lost most of their games playing away but a victory here will continue their ascent to the top as well as restricting Bandari from performing their first double over them.
