Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) have a chance to go top of the Betking Premier League (BPL) log  when they play away to Bidco United at Thika Stadium on Wednesday.

With two points separating them and leaders Tusker, Zedekiah Otieno’s side will be hoping that fortune favours them this time round as they chase for a first league title.

Reagan Otieno scored the only goal when they two sides met, giving KCB the important win.

After quite a slow start, Anthony Akhulia’s Bidco have excelled and are a team in fine form. Despite losing to Gor Mahia on post match penalties in the Betway FKF Cup, Bidco have shown resilience and determination to win against tough opponents as was the case against AFC Leopards two weeks ago. They have won three of their last five matches, losing only once and drawing the other.

KCB have occupied the first three positions all season and know a victory will ignite their title charge.

They lost their last game 1-0 against Sofapaka but will have to be wary of their opponents who have already beaten first and third placed Tusker and AFC Leopards.
