Harambee Stars striker Michael Olunga yesterday stretched his scoring tally at the Asian Champions League to six goals after hitting a brace for his Qatari based Club Al Duhail  as they drew 2-2 with Iranian side Esteghlal FC on Saturday.

The Kenyan International  scored a hattrick against the Iranians in their last week encounter and continued  to showcase his dominance as he bagged in a brace as Qatari club maintained the top position at the Group c. Olunga also tops the goal scorers list in the Asian competition.

Esteghlal took the lead with Chieck Diabate firing the opener from the penalty spot in the 26th minute but Michael Olunga made it equal before the teams walked into the locker rooms.

The towering Kenyan forward then took his club into the lead slightly before tge hour mark with a powerful header from Edmilson Junior's freekick, but the Iranians levelized it three minutes later through Mehdi Ghayedi.

Olunga has been of massive impact to the Qatari club ever since his arrival earlier this year as centre forward has netted in 2 hattricks in the club scoring record.

With the fantastic run at the club so far Olunga remains hopeful that he will win major titles with the club this season as he continues to stretch his scoring tally in every game.
