“Amazing fireworks show after plus Nganya awards, Christmas tree, and support to 40 children homes for the festive season,” read a statement by the former senator.
However, he did not clarify whether people would have to part ways with a small fee to watch the crunch final.
Two-time world champions France and Argentina are scheduled to battle it in today’s final.
France walloped African representatives Morocco 2-0 in a one-sided encounter to book their slot in the final.
On the other hand, Argentina cruised to the finals thanks to a comfortable 3-0 win over 2018 runners-up Croatia.
The final, held at the magnificent Lusail Stadium, is expected to kick off at 6 pm East African time.
Should France overcome a solid Argentina side with the likes of Lionel Messi, Emi Martinez, and Enzo Fernandez, they would pocket $42 million (approximately Ksh 5.1 billion) in prize money.
