
Kariobangi Sharks attacking midfielder Ken Kyalo will not be with the club after he received a scholarship opportunity in the United States.
In a statement on Friday, December 30, the club noted that Kyalo would be flying to the US for studies.
Kyalo joined Sharks in 2021 after completing his secondary school education at St. Antony’s Boys High School, Kitale.

“Earlier today we bade farewell to Ken Kyalo who will be flying to the USA to study Bachelor of Arts in Business Management at Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Kentucky,” the statement from Kariobangi Sharks read.
The midfielder thanked his club for allowing him to advance his studies.
Kyalo,18, will study as well as play football in the United States.
"My gratitude goes to the club for believing and giving me the chance to sample top-flight football. I wouldn't have gotten the chance were it not for the platform offered by the club. I promise that I will not let the Sharks family down," Kyalo stated.
He joined the Sharks at the age of 17 when he penned a two-year contract.
During his first season with the Sharks, he made 11 appearances playing for 248 minutes.
Kyalo is a top talent best known for his ability to create scoring chances from the midfield.
